Kathmandu. NMB Bank has announced the launch of "NMB Loan Tracker," a new digital service designed to provide customers with real-time updates on their retail and MSME loan applications. This innovative digital service allows NMB Bank customers to track the status of their loan application instantly without contacting and visiting the branch.
Upon submitting their loan documents, customers will receive a unique tracking number. Using the tracking number on the loan tracking portal https://digi.nmb.com.np/loan-tracker which will provide full visibility and transparency into the loan process. The link can also be accessed from Bank's website www.nmb.com.np under Digital Banking.
The bank is confident that this digital initiative will significantly enhance the customer experience by saving time and offering greater convenience and transparency throughout the loan application journey.
The bank continues to serve its customers through a network of 202 branches, 184 ATMs, and 9 extension counters across Nepal.
