Shine Resunga Development Bank Successfully Allots 8% Debenture Worth NPR 1 Billion

Kathmandu, July 24, 2025 – Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited is pleased to announce the successful allotment of its debenture issuance titled “8% Shine Resunga Bikas Bank Debenture 2092”, concluded today at the premises of NIMB Ace Capital Limited, Lazimpat, Kathmandu.

The Bank had issued a total of 1,000,000 units of debentures at a face value of NPR 1,000 per unit, amounting to NPR 1 billion. Of the total issuance, 40% (400,000 units) was allocated to the general public, while the remaining 60% (600,000 units) was reserved for private placement.

The public issue was open from 2082/03/32 to 2082/04/04 and received an overwhelming response from investors, being oversubscribed by 5.95 times, which is a strong reflection of investor confidence and trust in Shine Resunga Development Bank’s performance and reputation.

In recent times, public participation in debenture issuances has grown significantly, signaling a positive shift in investor awareness and confidence toward the capital market. The enthusiastic involvement of general investors in this offering has further reinforced the growing trend.

Following the successful allotment, the respective debenture units will soon be credited to the Demat accounts of the successful applicants.
